Erica Paige Carter aka Dj Daisy Dukes is one of the top performing internationally known female DJs; no wonder she has been sought after to rock events for Nike and the LGBT community.  Washington, DC born and Cali raised, DJ Daisy Dukes is well sought after for her live mixing skills and sexy performances. Daisy attributes her mixing talents to her teacher/mentor Dj Slowpoke (aka Too $hort's DJ) who some recognize as the best street Dj in the Bay area . Much like the well known character Daisy Mae Duke in Dukes of Hazard, Erica was know for her flare for style and makeup; coupled with her ability to blend music, a DJ was born and the ladies who gravitated to her gave her the name DJ Daisy Dukes.

 

DJ Daisy Dukes began her career six years ago as a host on a KRON 4 show called Club Jackn, a recorded celebrity interview-series, catering to people that were interested in celebrity news. The camera crew appeared at the hottest clubs and parties in the Bay area, interviewing the hottest celebrities that came to town. The show began to boom due to Daisy's captivating appearances and charismatic personality as a host/VJ.

 

While on the show Club Jackn, Erica Interviewed artists such as Method Man, Redman, Supernatural, Talib Kweli, MosDef, E-40,Too Short, and Danity Kane just to name a few. Erica soon became a successful host doing red carpet award shows in the bay area eventually extending all over the country. Daisy Dukes found her way to Las Vegas in 2009 to the Semi Annual National Core DJ Retreat. It was there that Daisy's jaw-dropping, mouth watering, 2010 calender gained the attention of CEO and Founder of The Core Djs Tony Neal.

 

When approaching the Core regarding her desire to be a part of the Coalition, she did not just want to do it from the DJ aspect. DJ Daisy Dukes wanted to show not only the men of the DJ industry but the world that she was a beautiful woman who could not only look good hosting and modeling, but could rock a party behind the turn tables as well. DJ Daisy Dukes, the same young girl who mastered several instruments, read and wrote music, and attended college was now in a fast paced COREDJ Boot Camp with the nationally known Tony Neal.

 

Since then, COREDJ DaisyDukes has toured with the top recording rapper Trina; she has also opened shows for Plies,Bun B, Webbie and other artist . She has hosted parties for Nicki Minaj, Monstercable and hosted events all over the country. She was recognized and presented with the 2011 female DJ of the Year for the Southern Entertainment Awards, beating out top female djs all across the country. 

 

Dj DaisyDukes was made a Monster Dj in 2011 also has also been sponsered by Traktor Pro. She has toured  on the underground hip hop tour in Europe, visiting Switzerland, France, Germany, and Austria. After being a two time published model in Straight Stuntin and Sweets magazine, Daisy has won the eyes and ears or her fans.  With frequent features on popular urban eye candy sites such as Dynastyseries.com, wiz dailydose, GGurls, All American dimes Plus Many Many MORE Website Features, she proves to be the main attraction at any event she attends. She has also been featured in Black Men's Magazine in Jan 2013, was selected to participate in a BestBuy Commerical featuring Asap Rocky and Swizz Beats  in 2014.

 

She not only has the ability to tantalize her audiences in the night life atmostpher but her skills brought her to be a Nike Cancer Awareness host and DJ in Washington, DC. Recently she was a Tour DJ for Too $hort at SXSW. She now has a weekly residence at Stadium Nightclub, and appears as a Celebrity guest in other venues around the Globe.
